At Claire's Nail & Lash Bar, I thrive on providing each and every client with the best possible service, that is why I have some basic T&Cs in place to ensure everyone enjoys their experience. I don't see them as rules, just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your beauty experience goes as smoothly as possible.

- Always arrive on time for your booking. If you're early, send me a message before coming up, and if you're late without advising, there will be a penalty of R50 (we need to be mindful of the next clients time which results in overlapping into their appointment time slot)

- All nail art needs to be sent through 24hrs prior to your booking to avoid touching your phone

​

- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking due to last minute cancelations

​

- Full payment is due 48hrs prior to your booking to avoid having to ask for payment after you've had your booking

​

- Most importantly, have fun!
